Hi. Curious as to how much something like this sells for. Am just looking for property in this area. Would like to get 20 acres (+). I currently live in Sumas, WA and have 20 acres with home, barn, garage. Could you send other listings? Like I say I am just looking at this point to see what’s there and prices. Judy, this is off the market until spring. The home is on 25 acres. This property was priced at $499,500. When it is relisted in the spring I am hoping for a substantial price reduction. A nice home on 10-20 acres should sell for about 300K. This is a buyers market. Lookat nmar.com for a current list of what is available. Properties are selling for a lot less than the asking price.
