Judy, this is off the market until spring. The home is on 25 acres. This property was priced at $499,500. When it is relisted in the spring I am hoping for a substantial price reduction. A nice home on 10-20 acres should sell for about 300K. This is a buyers market. Lookat nmar.com for a current list of what is available. Properties are selling for a lot less than the asking price. Hi. Curious as to how much something like this sells for. Am just looking for property in this area. Would like to get 20 acres (+). I currently live in Sumas, WA and have 20 acres with home, barn, garage. Could you send other listings? Like I say I am just looking at this point to see what’s there and prices.
